SHBBINF001 Maintain Infection Control Standards
SHBBINF001 has been superseded by SHBBINF002 unit of competency.
As of the 16th of December 2021, SHBBINF002 will replace the SHBBINF001 unit of competency, read more about this change on the training.gov.au website.
The SHBBINF001 Maintain Infection Control Standards unit of competency describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to maintain infection control during skin penetration procedures and to review clinic compliance with the applicable state or territory requirements. The unit is designed to provide you with the ability to identify, manage and control infection risks to clients, self and work colleagues.
